Making Digital Wallets Accessible to Everyone

We believe every business deserves powerful tools to engage their customers. That's why we built WalletForge.

Our Story

From frustration to innovation

WalletForge was born from a simple observation: creating Apple Wallet passes was unnecessarily complicated. Small businesses and entrepreneurs were locked out of this powerful technology because it required deep technical knowledge, expensive developers, or complicated third-party services with confusing pricing.

In 2023, our founders—experienced developers who had built wallet solutions for Fortune 500 companies—decided to change that. They asked a simple question: "What if creating a professional wallet pass was as easy as designing a business card?"

After months of development and testing with real businesses, WalletForge launched. Our drag-and-drop interface, combined with powerful features like real-time updates and location notifications, made what was once a complex technical challenge into a simple five-minute task.

Today, we're proud to serve thousands of businesses worldwide—from local coffee shops and fitness studios to enterprise brands and marketing agencies. Every day, millions of people interact with passes created through WalletForge, whether it's a loyalty card, event ticket, membership pass, or promotional coupon.

But we're just getting started. Our mission remains the same: democratize digital wallet technology and make it accessible to businesses of all sizes.

Why We Built This

A founder's honest take on what WalletForge is and why it exists

WF
Founder & Builder
Solo-built under EchoDial LLC

I kept running into the same problem: small business owners who wanted to put a loyalty card or event ticket in Apple Wallet had basically two options — hire a developer at $100+/hour, or wrestle with enterprise platforms built for companies that have a full IT team. Neither made sense for a coffee shop, a yoga studio, or a freelancer running their own event.

So I built WalletForge. No VC funding, no inflated team of 40 people padding out a pitch deck. Just me, obsessing over making the experience genuinely simple. Every design decision, every API endpoint, every support doc — I wrote it. That means the product is lean on purpose, and I actually know how every part of it works.

When you email support, you're not getting a ticket queue or a bot response. You're getting me — the person who built the thing — and I'll actually fix it if something's broken. That's not a marketing line; it's just how it works when one person is responsible for the whole product.

The mission hasn't changed since day one: every business, no matter how small, deserves tools that punch above their weight. You shouldn't need enterprise pricing or a developer on retainer to put a loyalty card in your customer's phone.

"Small businesses don't need enterprise pricing. They need a tool that just works."
